Return & Refund Policy

At AwakenedCore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we're here to help.

Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for products that were damaged or defective at the time of delivery. We are unable to issue refunds for:

  • Partially used products
  • Products that appear to have been handled or tampered with

30-Day Return Window

To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be received by AwakenedCore within 30 days of your original order date. Returns received after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

If your product appears damaged or defective upon arrival, please do not use it. To begin the return process:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged or defective product.
  2. Email the photo along with your order information to: team@awakenedcore.com
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

All returns must be shipped at the customer's expense.

Risk of Loss

Title to products passes from AwakenedCore to you upon shipment from an AwakenedCore facility. For information on order processing and shipping times, please note that our estimates are subject to change.
